North Battleford's Western Development Museum gives visitors a look at what rural life was like at the turn of the century. Indoor displays include exhibits on home and farm chores, and there are a number of horse-drawn and early automobiles. The outdoor displays include over 30 houses and businesses from the 1920s, as well as a grain elevator built in 1928 and a 1913 railway station.
Located in the basement of the North Battleford Library, the Battleford Sports Museum and Hall of Fame highlights the achievements of local athletes. Over 30 teams and individuals have been inducted into the museum which features displays on a range of sports including hockey, baseball, bowling, track and field, golf, swimming, football and soccer.
